Method
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
- 1/4 cup ghee
- few almond & cashew fried ghee
Method
- In a glass bowl, combine the wheat flour and ghee and mix well.
- Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Mix well.
- Add the sugar, cardamom powder and 3/4 cup of water and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes until the sugar has dissolved. Mix well.
- Serve hot garnished wih almonds and casew roasted in little ghee.
